Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island Ras al-Khaimah

Our family had an awesome time, the room rates were reasonable and the food was top-notch, plus my kids loved the pirate-themed club, face painting, kids playing zone. The heated swimming pool and Turtle beach were the best spots to relax and unwind, with reasonable prices for water activities. 🏝️

my experience at Managed By Accor was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to other business travelers or vacationers looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Ras al-Khaimah.

As for minor issues, I had to wait 45 minutes to check in upon arrival.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! the staff here are outstanding. From the moment I arrived, they were so attentive to my needs and gave me such warm hospitality that made me feel truly special. the hotel itself is organized, clean, and comfortable with everything you could ask for in a beach property. the sea activities, spa, and dining options were all top-notch. the property had a peaceful and quiet ambiance, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the pricing. I found that the prices for room service and in-hotel dining were on the higher side compared to other options in the area, and the taste didn't quite match up.

The perfect holiday at the resort offered an array of thrilling water sports, including exhilarating banana boat rides and parasailing adventures. Our children were delighted with the Pirates club's safe and fun playground gardens, bursting with the newest arcade games.

For dads, it would be great to have clearer signages to locate the children's activities.

Indulge in Dutch delights and local flavors at the dining spots. Hype up the large rooms with top-notch service and serene surroundings.

Playful jab at the service blunders—I practically had to beg for essentials! Room mix-up may leave you feeling cramped, but the glitz wasn't lost.

We had a FANTASTIC STAY! the Indian breakfast options were delightful. the spa with various treatments was better than in photos. Definitely coming back!

The water sports were epic - we tried jet skiing and flyboarding, it was insane! Plus, we spent hours at the Pirates club, playing the newest arcade games and riding bicycles on the corniche. It was like a dream come true for us teens!

It would be even cooler if there were more options for late-night fun for young party-goers.

the exclusive Spa & wellness centre provided first, class massages, full, body treatments and sauna, which left me feeling totally relaxed. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools featured breathtaking views, with plenty of sun loungers and a sun terrace for sunbathing.

the poolside snack bar was slightly understaffed but the attentive Snack bar server was still able to provide an enjoyable experience.

I initially hesitated to book at Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island due to mixed reviews but decided to go and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was kind and helpful, the food delicious, and the location perfect for families. The one-bedroom suite was spacious with a great view and a kids play area. Leila from housekeeping was a standout for her exceptional service despite hotel operational issues. The hotel offered us a complimentary breakfast to make up for inconveniences, which was appreciated. The hotel's relaxation amenities, like the spa, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool, added to our enjoyment, while nearby landmarks such as Al Hamra Golf Club and Marjan Island provided opportunities for family bonding. we had a positive experience and would consider returning in the future.

Our family of four enjoyed the spacious suite with a nice balcony and the delicious and healthy selection of food at breakfast and dinner. the property looked nice and the staff was friendly. One improvement could be to address the issue of poor late checkout assistance and room preferences for a more relaxing stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

A day at the beach was made even better with the casual atmosphere and delicious menu at The Turtle Beach Bar. I indulged in their poolside snacks and chilled drinks while soaking up the sun. It felt like a slice of paradise right at the resort.

Stay connected with their business centre, indulge in delicious mocktails at the juice bar, and relax at the La'Mar Spa. The plastic surgeons will make you look as young as ever.

Just loved paying a high deposit and being surprised with extra fees. So fun!

At the Pullman, the staff, like Hafeez from housekeeping, truly goes above and beyond, even with surprises like birthday cakes. the team at Liwan Restaurant—Ms. Mhay, Jhay, Cora, and Wayan—are also exceptional, ensuring a top-notch experience. Room upgrades are a delightful bonus that truly enhances the stay.

The hotel's decor was exquisite, with intricate designs and luxurious furnishings that made me feel like royalty. The general areas were spacious and easily accessible, perfect for seniors like myself to move around comfortably. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail in the hotel's accessibility features, making it easy for older guests to navigate the premises without any hassle.

I would only ask for better vacation for senior people to have more seating areas with shade by the pool.

i was upgraded for free to a room with a pool and sea view. the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially bader who went above and beyond to assist us. the facilities were top-notch, with a great dine-in experience and excellent public pools to choose from. i also appreciated the free shuttle service to the beach, making it easy to explore the area.

The beach was not easily accessible and required a shuttle to reach. the vegetarian options for dinner were limited.

At my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with directions. This place suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, fitness studio, swimming pools. I'm coming back for another trip.

The breakfast was a mind-blowing spread, with chefs serving from the buffet stations. The pools and jacuzzi were super well maintained. The pizza and pasta at one of the restaurants were jaw-droppingly superb. The food at another restaurant, Zayitouni, was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with special credit to the housekeeping staff on the first floor. The location offered a beautiful view. The spa provided a GREAT experience.

Managed By Accor offers fantastic facilities, including a beach, swimming pool, kids zone, and mini-cinema. There are plenty of activities for both kids and adults to enjoy, such as bike rentals, segway tours, and water activities.

Not impressed by Marjan Island, and the pool was crowded and cold.

Our family enjoyed a comfortable stay near several beaches and a shopping mall for food, with Turtle Beach being a highlight due to its calm waters. The hotel's housekeeping service was polite and welcoming, and the room featured stylish Arab-inspired decor and a great view. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with varied and delicious dishes available. the hotel had a playground, arcade, and nice swimming pool, along with a shuttle to Dubai Mall twice a week.

Some guests noted that the hotel's Wi-Fi coverage was not ideal in certain areas, such as the balcony.

I found myself unwinding at the juice bar, sipping mocktails while admiring the sea views. The diverse cuisines gave my taste buds a delightful adventure, and the business center offered a seamless work retreat. Indulging in a romantic dinner by the water made me feel like I was in a movie scene. Oh, and the hair salon on-site got me looking snazzy for the occasion!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort managed by Accor. the staff were very supportive and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options available. We loved the indoor and outdoor dining spaces, allowing us to enjoy our meals in a cool and quiet room or by the poolside with a cup of coffee. the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed was great. the staff were professional, kind, and quick to assist us. the valet parking service was fast as well. everything about this property was amazing, and we will definitely be coming back.

Great staff, efficient check-in, spacious lobby, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. Beautiful beach location with a nice pool area. Football field adjacent to the property was a bonus for entertainment. Satisfactory breakfast at the on-site restaurant and close to a mall. Recommended for families with children.

I had an amazing experience at Marjan Island Resort & Spa, managed by Accor. the location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the beach from our suite's balcony. the hotel's design exudes a sense of class, and the customer service was top-notch. the staff, including Mr Hafeez from housekeeping, Mr Nuwan the room attendant, and Ms. Aala who prepared a birthday cake for me, went above and beyond to make our stay special. the food was delicious, especially at the Lebanese restaurant that we ended up dining at for two consecutive nights.

A relaxing stay at Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island. Staff were attentive, rooms felt regal. Infinity pool and breakfast buffet were highlights. Beach access could enhance the experience. Enjoyed the blend of luxury and Arabic hospitality.

I recently stayed at Marjan Island Resort in Ras al-Khaimah for four nights and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were exceptional, providing extraordinary customer service that made me feel right at home. The upgraded room with a balcony and pool view was spacious and beautiful, and the outdoor facilities were great. The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious, with tables outside offering a lovely pool view. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The SPA was amazing, and the Lebanese restaurant's service and food were outstanding. The hotel is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The three-bedroom suite at Marjan Island Resort & Spa was breathtaking! The sea views from the private balcony were simply stunning. As a guest who loves spacious and luxurious accommodations, I was delighted by the chic living and dining areas.

Personally, I found the balcony a bit windy.
